Gourmet single origin coffee, from our family owned/operated plantation. Unique and delicious!

Since 1964 this family owned and operated plantation have been cultivating Arabica coffee with care in the exuberant tropical mountains of Coatepec Veracruz Mexico.

Using sustainable production practices along with a rich diversity of shade trees and brushes benefical to the plantation, providing shade, natural pest and insect repellant, attract a wide verity of pollinating insects and beneficial avifauna. Through out the entire harvesting and production processes we implement only ecologically sound processes.

We collect rainwater for the washing and fermentation of the beans. The beans are sun dried on Wood trellises to avoid contac with the ground and promote even airflow around the veans. Finally before roasting we carefully select only the best beans in order to have a nice balanced, aromatic and healthy coffee.
